2026 Heritage Lakes Swim Team Registration

  • March 2 - Registration opens.
  • Mar 29, 4p–6p - Kickoff Event: Try on a suit, meet the coaches, volunteer Q&A, entertainment from Rolling Video Games, and hot chocolate!
  • April 24 - Registration deadline. Team shirts cannot be guaranteed after this point.
  • May 3 - Parent meeting. Details TBA.
  • May 4 - All fees must be paid by this date or your swimmer may not enter the pool deck.
  • May 5 - First day of afternoon practice for blue wave team.
  • May 26 - First day of morning practices for blue wave team and first day of practices for guppies.

    • 2026 Swim team Fees

    $125 - first child
    $115 - second child
    $100 - each additional child
    $500 maximum.
    $90 - Guppy registration (Does not count toward number of big team registrations but does count toward maximum per family.)

    (If writing a check, a separate check is required for the swim team fee and the HLPOA pool fee.)

    Your registration fee covers:

    • 1 team t-shirt and swim cap per swimmer
    • Concessions drink donations
    • Snacks at Guppy Meets
    • Pizza parties following home meets
    • All Spirit Week activities
    • All SAIL fees and insurance
    • Ribbons and awards
    • Coaches salaries
    • Administrative expenses

    HOA pool membership
    All swimmers must be pool members in good standing before beginning practice on May 5.     You must either be a resident of Heritage Lakes who has paid HOA dues or you must purchase an associate membership for either full or half summer. During swim team registration, you will be able to register as an associate member and pay the dues online or opt to send in a check. Checks can be made out to:

    During Swim Team Registration, You Will Choose One (if not a resident of HL):
    Half Summer Membership: $375     
    Full pool access from pool opening date in May until July 12 (end of SAIL season.) 

    Full Summer Membership: $575 
    Full pool access for the entire season and participation in neighborhood events.

    Other Costs

    • Team Suit. Team suits are strongly encouraged but not required at meets. You may purchase a new team suit, wear a previous year's suit or wear a solid royal blue or black swimsuit to meets. Everything you need to get started is featured in our team store. Our team gets 3% back on all purchases made in the team store or through our affiliate link. 
    • Optional weekly team activities (some may require money)
    • Awards banquet tickets (about $7 per person)

    Refund Policy
    Prorated refunds may be issued for swim team fees through the Tuesday after the first meet. For 2026, no refunds will be given after May 26. SAIL fees, credit card processing fees, and team merchandise purchases will not be refunded. No refunds will be given for practices cancelled due to weather. No refunds will be given for a swimmer who is removed from the team due to behavior problems. You must inform the board in writing that you want to leave the team and want a refund.
