2026 Heritage Lakes Swim Team Registration
Welcome to registration for the Heritage Lakes Swim Team!
This registration form is for the swim team only. Pool Dues are a separate charge and must be paid directly to the HLPOA. You must be a member or associate member, in good standing, of the HLPOA in order to swim on the team. If you need to purchase a pool membership, you may do so in the payment section of this form.
During this registration, you will be asked for your preferences on volunteer positions during swim meets. Every parent must volunteer for one half of each swim meet. Without these volunteers, we cannot conduct swim meets. If you are unsure of which position you would like to volunteer for, please click here to view swim meet job descriptions.
If you are new to the team, please submit a copy of each swimmer's birth certificate to our SAIL Rep, Joey Parker, at [email protected].
***When entering parent information below, please enter ALL parents/guardians of swimmers. To assist the volunteer coordinator, please enter name, emails, and phone numbers of BOTH parents (even though only one is requested) so they do not have to make individual phone calls.****
